She is a very peaceful person and she gets to transmit that peace in her classes, which also includes hard excercises. Helps to get fit! I’ve been to several yoga courses, and Martina is one of my favourites teachers! I’ve practice yoga with Martina for 6 months and I was very impress with my improvements. I learn how to control the breathing, I gain a lot of flexibility and I even grown better defenses (I used to get sick all the time). I definitely recommend to take some lessons with her!
