With Tom there is detailed planning and structure to every programme and session. He applies himself fully to his clients and leaves nothing to chance when searching for ways to impact their lifestyle. Clients who follow Tom’s programme and understand the dedication needed achieve life changing results. . Tom graduated from Loughborough University with a Degree in Sports Science and Management. In his time at Loughborough he gained a keen interest in fitness testing and the physiology of the human body. He also realised a passion for health and fitness that prompted him to gain the YMCA Personal Training Qualification. Since his time at Loughborough he has helped many clients at Virgin Active achieve their goals and within 2 years has been able to set up Zinc Fitness, his own private personal training studio where he continues to help people week in, week out. His pursuit for fitness and helping people achieve it is truly unrelenting. / Accomplishments: One of UK’s personal trainers selected to be a Nike Instructor; Tom has trained clients through diabetes and heart disease; He has represented Great Britain in inline hockey / Qualifications: Loughborough Sport Science Degree; YMCA Level 3 Personal Trainer; REPS Level 3 Certified; Pre & Post Natal Specialist; Weight Loss Specialist; Nike Circuits Instructor

PERSONAL TRAINER / Lauren has always been a fitness fanatic, and after a short stint in the corporate world of advertising, quickly realized that she should turn her passion into her career. Since leaving Channel 4 in 2009 she has never looked back – after graduating as a level 3 Personal Trainer and since starting at Zinc Lauren has shown us that her decision to make a career in fitness was definitely the right one. Lauren believes that anyone has the capability to become the best version of themselves possible – whether that be to run a marathon, lose the baby weight, get stronger, get holistically healthier (or any other want or need), she has the experience, understanding and passion to make that a reality. She is a focused and committed individual who’s constant search for perfection means she leaves no stone unturned when helping you achieve your goals. Lauren appreciates both her clients’ needs and capabilities and constantly takes them into consideration during each session. She is also truly well versed in all things nutrition and immerses herself in a plethora of different dietary approaches, so can always cater to specific client needs.
