PERSONAL TRAINER / Karl is a an experienced Personal Trainer and professional rugby player for Ealing Trailfinders. He has been with West London Fitness since 2009 coming straight from the prestigious St Mary’s University where he obtained a First Class Honours degree in Sports Science. This allows him to draw upon an extensive knowledge base when developing fitness programmes for all of his clients.
OWNER & PERSONAL TRAINER / West London Fitness owner Jamie Lea prides himself on driving his clients to achieve their goals. He has a real passion for enabling everyone to exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable for the long term and not just a quick fix. Having been a Personal Trainer since 1998 he brings a wealth of experience to his profession, using his Psychology Degree to get the very best out of the wide variety of people he works with. Being a Level 4 medical referral and lower back pain specialist he is qualified to help with a range of conditions that many people encounter through their lifespan. Jamie also has a passion for sharing his knowledge and helping new fitness professionals in the industry which he is able to do as a tutor and assessor for Premier Training International.
