PERSONAL TRAINER / I have over 15 years of competitive boxing experience under my belt: competing from schoolboy level all the way up into senior elite level. With further experience playing football at youth level before moving into coaching. With such high interest in sport & exercise, I went on to study the subject and completed my degree in 2010. Since then, I have been working within the industry as a personal trainer and am currently looking to further my career as a body transformation specialist as well as increasing my strength and conditioning knowledge. I believe that with a desire to increase knowledge and an ability to translate this into a training and nutrition regimen, the client WILL get results. I educate my clients to understand the importance of this relationship. It is key to reaching their goals and making sustainable lifestyle changes. Coming from a sporting background I have been training since the age of 8. With qualifications in strength and conditioning; Olympic weightlifting; nutrition; sports performance and excellence; and being a FA certified football coach means I train a variety of people. This may be someone looking to improve their general health to world class athletes. I have also had the privilege of being coached by former Canadian Olympic Hammer thrower and welknown Strength coach Derek Woodske. PERSONAL TRAINER / I like to use a range of techniques to help clients achieve their goals including nutritional advice, strength & conditioning training and fat loss training. With a degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Essex and vast experience in being an athlete I know how important it is to keep things varied when working towards your goals. I started in the fitness industry in Australia, with the National Australian Institute of Personal Trainers gaining experience working along side leading industry figures. My background in sport (14 years playing Table Tennis Nationally and Internationally and athletics at county to national level in the 400m/800m event) together with this expert training means I know how to get the results you are looking for. I am passionate about Strength Training and in 2013 I had the opportunity to spend time with some of the worlds leading Strength & Conditioning Coaches at Surfing Australia’s High Performance Centre, Australian Women’s Rugby 7’s Team, Sydney Roosters Rugby League and Cronulla Sharks Rugby League teams. PERSONAL TRAINER / I am a transformation coach that specialises in health and performance. My three main points of focus are a healthy body, that performs well and has the composition to reflect this. My training philosophy with clients is that results don’t just happen over night, there is a lot of blood, sweat and tears and this is all part of the amazing process you go through to show discipline and hard work to show yourself what you can achieve. Mindset plays a huge role in results but you ultimately need to get in that gym and go hard. I have been a coach for 4 years now and previous to this worked in Physiotherapy. Over the years I have prioritised my focus on body composition and nutrition. I use strength and resistance training to transform a clients body from point A to point B. Coupled with nutrition and supplement protocols you have a winning combination. PERSONAL TRAINER / I’m an experienced level 3 PT who comes from a competitive sporting background, being introduced to rugby union at the age of 7. I represented Buckinghamshire County at every age group, played South West Regional rugby, and also played Club and University first team rugby. Through my own experiences I understand the importance of rehabilitation and the process of returning back to pre injury level. I have suffered extensive upper and lower body impact injuries to my knee and shoulders. I went through reconstructive surgery on my left knee followed by 12 months of extensive rehabilitation. I have a keen interest in Strength and Conditioning with this being an area I am always looking to develop further within. I tailor both nutrition and programme writing to the needs of my clients and their goals.
