PERSONAL TRAINER / Tom Manley is the owner and founder of TMFIT Personal Training Studio and has over 10 years experience in the Personal Training industry. Tom first started his career at Fitness First in London before working for Cannons Health Club in Chelmsford and then setting up his own successful freelance Personal Training Business. He then went on to open TMFIT in April 2010. Tom graduated for the Central YMCA Personal Training School in 2003 and has continued to develop his knowledge through qualifications with the London School of Sports Massage, the UK Strength & Conditioning Association and the Titleist Performance Institute. Tom Specialises in Sports Specific Fitness and has worked with numerous football, rugby and golf players.
PERSONAL TRAINER / Laura Sheldrake has been a qualified Personal Training for 3 years and also has a degree in Sport & Exercise Performance from the University of Essex. Laura has a vibrant personality and makes her personal training sessions fun with lots of variation but she is also a hard task master and strives for her clients to achieve their goals. Laura has special expertise in weight-loss and nutrition and is also currently studying for her Pilates qualification.
PERSONAL TRAINER / Jeremy Leyde has recently joined the TMFIT team after completing his Personal Trainer qualification with Fitness Industry Education. He also has a degree in Sports Coaching bsc from Southampton Solent and is the head of Performance Analysis at Dagenham & Redbridge Football Club.Jeremy is also a qualified tennis coach and experienced in teaching adults and children alike. He has a passion for sport and exercise performance and we are very lucky to have him join our team and bring his many talents to TMFIT.
PERSONAL TRAINER / Dawn Brampton has an un-rivaled passion for exercise and fitness and completed her Personal Trainer qualification with the Training Room. Her infectious love of training, combined with her bubbly personality helps to motivate everyone at TMFIT and she gives 100% of dedication to the success of her clients. Dawn creates great training programs which are always varied and challenging. She is a great motivator and specialises in boxing fitness, weight-loss and nutrition.
