Matt founded three sixty° Personal Training because he is passionate about helping people succeed in achieving a better body and outstanding health. In founding three sixtyº, he set out to create an exclusive, no-nonsense personal training experience that is different to that found elsewhere. Having come to personal training from a professional career in pharmaceutical research and development, he has experienced first hand the challenges of spending the majority of your day behind a desk, along with what can happen to your body, health, mood, and energy levels.

Danny Richardson - Personal Trainer

Danny Richardson - Personal Trainer

Danny has an infectious personality, fantastic technical ability, and since completing his degree has gained extensive experience with a wide range of clients, from body composition all the way through to cardiac rehabilitation. Through tailored nutrition protocols, body composition testing and advanced training and mindset techniques, Danny specialises in body transformation, body fat reduction, mass gain, and competition preparation. The hard work, knowledge and dedication Danny has instilled in himself as an athlete transfers 100% into his role as a fitness professional, ensuring that you will fulfil your personal potential and achieve your goals. In 2013 Danny took his passion for fitness and nutrition to the next level and became a competitive natural bodybuilder. To date he is the current BNBF Welsh novice lightweight champion and is 3rd in Britain under two federations, the BNBF and the UKDFBA. For 2015 Danny has turned his competitive nature to powerlifting – in his first season placing 2nd in the world for the deadlift at the WDFPF (World Drug-Free Powerlifting Federation) Championships, and is also working towards UKSCA accreditation.

Tommi is everything we look for in a three sixtyº Personal Trainer – as a Team GB age group triathlete and duathlete (occasionally testing himself against the Brownlee brothers) he lives the life he preaches, is passionate, friendly, serious minded, dedicated to his clients, inquisitive, and is always eager to learn. As with all of our trainers, Tommi achieves sensational body composition results, holding a particular interest in human movement, rehabilitation, and health. The focus and discipline Tommi has developed as a competitive athlete is evident in every single personal training session he delivers – meticulous in preparation, passionate and precise in execution, and, as you would expect from a three sixtyº Personal Trainer, immense results. Tommi is currently working towards UKSCA accreditation, the gold standard in strength and conditioning.
