PERSONAL TRAINER / Adam has been a passionate sportsperson all his life, playing football, cricket, tennis, basketball, squash, and golf competitively and socially. His career in Personal Training and Coaching began in 2004 in Oz where he studied with the AIF (Australian Institute of Fitness), as well as being a Certified Personal trainer with the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). “It’s extremely rewarding to see my clients develop their potential, overcome challenges, and build the discipline to succeed in the gym and their life.” Adam is a strong believer that a joyous and positive attitude combined with a fit and healthy body leads to a more fulfilled life. PERSONAL TRAINER / Steve’s path into personal training began with a passion for boxing. After boxing for fifteen years Steve wanted to bring all of the experience he gained over those years to people who wanted to learn to box but who never had the opportunity. As well as boxing Steve specialises in muscle mass gains, core strength, sport specific training, and weight loss. “Helping people achieve their goals and making a change in their lifes makes this the best job in the world” He has helped clients get their bodies into tip top condition including helping over twenty brides get ready for their big day. PERSONAL TRAINER / Dave began training clients at the Kensington Studio in 2010 and since then has contributed a lot to people’s health as well as their happiness since he strongly believes that there is a close connection between the two. Throughout his life Dave enjoyed playing and competing in a wide variety of sports including tennis, football and kickboxing and now he brings his enthusiasm to the Studio Training people of all ages and nationalities Dave works hard to get the best out of them and there is nothing more rewarding than to see the change they all eventually achieve. Dave continues to enjoy an interest in all sports and when he is not training clients is happiest in the surf or on the golf course. “I love being able to share my passion for exercise with my clients. Seeing them realise their goals and achieving success in health and fitness is massively rewarding.”

Brook Paparella

PERSONAL TRAINER / Brook’s career as a personal trainer started in Australia when he discovered that health, sports and fitness were his passion and that he ardently wished to pass it on to other people around him. Now after 7 years experience in this field in both Australia and the UK, Brook’s core idea is to help people achieve their long-term goals by making training fun and interesting. His exercise programmes are personally designed and prove to be various and highly effective. Brook holds Australian Certificate for Personal Training, Rehabilitation Certificate and CPR. His areas of specialization include weight loss, core strength and functional training, general fitness and resistance training.

PERSONAL TRAINER / Amber’s interest in fitness didn’t peak until her late teens when she discovered how much moving made her feel better not just physically but also mentally. While initially finding pleasure in yoga and distance running she found her true passion in the weights room and competed in a UKBFF bikini competition in May 2015. Her aim is to show that lifting weights is not just for bodybuilders and powerlifters – it’s for every man and woman looking to feel fitter, stronger and achieve the physique they desire. ‘There’s nothing that feels quite as exhilarating as pushing yourself beyond where you think you can go. I live for that feeling’ Amber believes that with hard work, anything is possible. She loves to motivate her clients, taking them to the next level by performing that extra rep or running that little bit faster. You will be amazed at what your body is capable of. Amber is also our in-house nutritionist. She specializes in fat-loss, increased energy, digestion issues and auto-immune disease.

He believes the use of simple functional movements is the most effective method for both increasing muscle mass and fat loss. However, often restrictive and inactive lifestyles lead to imbalances and injuries which prevent us from moving in the most efficient way. Gus will help you correct these imbalances so you so you can get the best out of yourself. Using varied techniques to tailor workouts to the specific needs of each client, combined with a positive and fun attitude to training, Gus delivers results through a bespoke and enjoyable process. Izzy Abbott

PERSONAL TRAINER / With an advanced diploma in personal training and qualifications in pad work, suspension fitness and high intensity interval training (HIIT), Izzy is an enthusiastic and passionate trainer dedicated to delivering fun and upbeat sessions to her clients. She believes best results can be obtained through a combination of HIIT and strength training and emphasises the importance of focusing on mobility to ensure the body is moving in most effective way. Her use of small circuits keeps sessions interesting and helps to maintain high motivation levels. Izzy is a keen sportswoman with particular interests in snowboarding and water sports; surfing, sea kayaking and diving. She is interested in sports specific training methods and is always keen to learn new techniques to enhance her performance. Izzy takes great satisfaction in challenging her clients; pushing them beyond their boundaries and seeing their confidence improve and achieving goals they didn’t think were possible. “I am most happy when I am doing something exhilarating; I live by the mantra of doing one thing that scares you every day and I often find myself pushing past what I thought were my limits. I like to encourage my clients to step out of their own comfort zones, whatever they may be and discover their true capabilities.”
