Francisco is a British Triathlon Federation qualified coach; he understands how to push your body to the limit and will help you to learn to do the same. Senol studies and teaches Shen Chi Do (a combination of martial arts styles) as well as Thai boxing, kickboxing, and boxing. He has developed and established his own martial arts combat system with grading called ‘Fighting Tigers’ and has a wealth of fitness, strength and conditioning experience including corrective training. In his years of teaching, he has worked with a wide range of clients, ranging from children and adults with disabilities to bodyguards and military establishments.

He started training at the age of 6 under the tuition of his father in Shen Chi Do martial arts. He still trains in the art of Shen Chi Do with his father and is currently a 5th dan senior Master working towards his 6th dan Black. Shensoy has trained and competed at a high level of light continuous and full contact kickboxing where he held the GKFO Light continuous British title and the WAKO and WKA Full contact Kickboxing titles for a number of years! Shensoy offers training in Kickboxing and the martial art of Shen Chi Do which combines high powered combination kicking techniques with unlimited hand motions. This art involves: Throws, sweeps, locks, holds, pressure points, circular motions and weapon techniques, such as Samurai sword, stick, fan techniques etc. Shen Chi Do is as suitable for women as it is for men, of all ages and abilities. Having enjoyed sport all of his life, Mark completed an undergraduate degree in Sports Science followed by an MSc (hons) in Strength and Conditioning. He has since gone on to attain both national and international qualifications and certifications including those from the UKSCA and the NSCA as well as being a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Sports Massage Therapist and Level 4 Registered REPs trainer. Mark has a wide variety of experience in the health, fitness and sports performance fields. His personal training experience ranges across a full spectrum from weight loss and body shape change with high profile clients in London, to providing back pain and critical injury rehabilitation to medical referrals. In the sports performance world Mark has worked across many different sports including elite and international athletes in Sprinting, Martial Arts, Volleyball, Professional Football, also other individuals in Rugby, AFL, Tennis, MMA and Track and Field Athletics. A former co-founder of London’s most exclusive health clubs KX Gym who in 2007 went on to open TÉ Studio. Over the years Cengiz has coached and trained some of the world’s most famous and influential people whilst behind the scenes remaining focused on growing as an actor. The last few years has seen him become increasingly in demand and splitting his time between London / LA working on film and tv projects. NUTRITIONIST / Julie is a Nutritional Therapist and Indian Head Massage Therapist. She studied BSc in Nutritional Medicine at Thames Valley University, this included modules on biochemistry, anatomy and physiology, macronutrients and micronutrients, metabolic pathways and clinical practice. She has a diploma in Indian Head Massage from the College of Naturopathic Medicine. Julie is driven by helping clients to achieve their goals with her knowledge, support and individualised programmes. She is full member of BANT, the professional body for nutritional therapists and holds quarterly meetings for her region to help BANT achieve full support from local therapists and find ways to better promote good nutrition within the borough. Julie can also help those newly diagnosed with medical conditions to provide better nutritional support and help combat possible side effects of their medication. We like to offer an integrated approach to health and work alongside your trainer where appropriate.
