At ZT Fitness, Jack learnt his trade under Celebrity trainer Sol Gilbert and with this knowledge gained, Jack has built up a great reputation as one of Brighton’s top trainers. His approach to training is that you get out what you put in. You have to work hard but Jack’s enthusiasm and love for the job will make it as fun as possible. Jack is also heavily involved with elite athlete training; Training professional athletes such as Chris Eubank Jr and helping him get in top condition for his world title fights. On top of this Jack has competed in MMA, As well as completing 2 x Marathons and triathlons.
