OWNER, ELITE SPORT PERFORMANCE COACH, & CREATOR OF ABDOMIMAX® / ProTom Fitness Personal Training was set-up in 2008 by professional personal trainer, Tom Lakos. Working along with many other professionals in the health and fitness industry, ProTom Fitness Personal Training has gained a very established name in Bristol Personal Training services. Tom spent two years as a P.E teacher and swimming coach, four years practicing gymnastics and athletics and has over 20 years kickboxing, boxing and Thai Boxing experience. Tom has a Degree in Physical education and Recreation Diploma in Personal Training, Diploma in Boxing and has a Level 1 qualification in NLP. He is the creator of Abdomimax® the medicine ball core stability training system.

Peter Erdos

PERSONAL TRAINER, ABDOMIMAX® MASTER INSTRUCTOR, STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH, QUALIFIED MASSAGE THERAPIST, & REIKI MASTER / Peter has been a competitive acrobatic rock and roll dancer for 18 years, became two times hungarian champion, several times capital city champion and been on the second step of the podium at international championships. With his experience he’s taught rock and roll for children and adults as well for four years with great result. He’s got a degree in Kinesiology (human kinetics) specialised in biomechanics, functional anatomy and movement analysis. His passion is to help all of his clients through teach them how to coordinate their movements, improve their balance and increase strength and endurance. His goal is to make their clients reach the level where they can feel The Flow.

PERSONAL TRAINER & ABDOMIMAX® INSTRUCTOR / From my childhood the sport took a huge part of my life.I used to go to a Sport related primary school where i have been taught for a lot of different sports such as swimming, athletics,basketball, gymnastics, handball, volleyball etc. At my secondary school gears I used to train volleyball professionally and we used to go to competitions too. I got my bachelor degree at the Faculty Of Physical Education and Sport Sciences University in Budapest,Hungary. In my university gears i used to go to aerobic competition also have been teaching tennis and gymnastics for the kids too. After my swimming coach qualification i used to teach for 2 years at the Olympic Champion Tamas Darnyi's swimming school. I am enthusiastic and I am open to try different things. I am enjoying teaching because it gives me and opportunity to motivate others to challenge themselves in a fun and fulfill way, I love to be a part of other lives success.

PROTOM FITNESS INSTRUCTOR, & KICKBOXING 4 FITNESS & ABDOMIMAX® INSTRUCTOR / Dominic is a Level 2 qualified Fitness Instructor, teaching Quickboxing, Abdomimax and Abdomimax Action for ProTom Fitness. Dominic’s journey with Protom started in March 2009 after he moved to Bristol and decided to get into shape, signing up for Kickboxing classes at his gym. This is where he met Tom. Recognising Dominic’s enthusiasm and natural ability to connect with the class, Tom mentored and developed Dom, and 4 years on he now runs his own classes and personal training clients.

HOLISTIC FOOD & NUTRITION, PERSONAL TRAINER, & ABDOMIMAX® & KETTLEBELL MASTER INSTRUCTOR / Peter’s loves of fitness dates back from when he was just 11 years old. Karate, basketball, snowboarding: from a young age, Peter was out there and doing it. But when he discovered bodybuilding, he knew he had found his real addiction! As an excellent all round fitness trainer, Peter believes in a combination of weight training, functional, core, aerobic and strength exercises to fully get the most out of every workout. Recognising the needs and abilities of his clients’ quickly and accurately means that time spent working out together is always productive and rewarding. Peter’s ethos is, “Eat clean, Train dirty!!” As a strong advocator for good nutrition as well as optimal exercising, he knows that abs are made in the kitchen and not in the gym.
