I’m going be upfront and honest with you… This isn’t your typical ‘about me section‘. And I’m not your typical Personal Trainer. In fact I don’t even call myself a Personal Trainer anymore… You see, I’m not like those other trainers who pretend they’re nutritional gurus and motivational speakers on social media. I’m more of a coach. I combine training with the healthy lifestyle but with the various life coaching skills people need to make everything click into place. We’re all different, living different lives. So how Mary gets to her goal could be different from Julie or Dave. We all know we need to exercise and eat better… … but for some reason we find it difficult to do it. I can bring some clarity back into your life and help you realise it could be easier than you first thought. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve done all my qualifications, I’ve got badges and been on courses (I’m still doing them) but I don’t list them here like some others do. I don’t need to pretend I’m the local expert with big long lists of qualifications people don’t understand. I’ve done courses that I’ve not used so I don’t believe I really am qualified in that area and you don’t care about them either. The thing is… I only use the stuff I’ve learnt that I believe holds value to people like you. I’ve done my time, I’ve landed on my arse, but I’ve worked hard. I’ve spent thousands of pounds on courses from all the leaders in their relevant fields and I’m well learned in the areas that I teach. I even have my very own coach as I don’t know everything (no one does) but what I do know is I can help you with what I’ve learnt and experienced in my last 14 years. I’ve combined all the best bits from my learnings and experiences so that I can deliver results to real people off the street. People like you and me. You see, people around here call me the ‘human PT’. I love to exercise, I do eat healthy, but I still have my struggles just like everyone else. I make sure I enjoy life and I understand that you want to do that too. Anyway. I know why you’re here… You’re fed up, frustrated, annoyed and deflated. You see, I know this because I too was once where you are right now: struggling to find the motivation to exercise when I knew it was good for me. When I first joined a gym many years ago I didn’t even go for seven months. Honestly, it’s true! Why? Well I was scared. Scared of people pointing the finger, laughing at me if I did something wrong and just not looking as good as everyone else. We’ve all been there. And to make it worse information about diet and nutrition was confusing and conflicting (seems like EVERYTHING is bad for you these days, right?) If you’re like I was then you’re probably looking down at your body and saying “why the hell did I let it get like this?” You’ve just about had enough of starting again and the thought of trying to change shape when you’re feeling deflated and un-energised about your body is like trying to drive a car with the brakes on permanently. You’re stuck and not moving anywhere fast and you’ve just about had enough. I know this because being the leading coach in Leamington Spa has taught me this. I’ve change the lives, physique, and attitude of literally 100s of people just like you. So yes, I understand what you’re going through. The way I defeated my fear was to take some action and get help and at the time I didn’t know what to do so I hired a trainer. Now it’s my turn to help someone… and I want to help you.
