PERSONAL TRAINER & FOUNDER / Despite trying to be super woman, to ensure every client gets the highest level of service, I searched high and low in East London to find a few excellent, level three qualified PT's to give me a hand filling everyone’s requirements. I wanted other female personal trainers who weren’t intimidating, really friendly, pretty normal and really into fitness (some people would argue that isn’t normal, lol)!!! I have found five amazing girls to work alongside me.

PERSONAL TRAINER & EXERCISE-TO-MUSIC INSTRUCTOR / Caroline comes from a performing arts background making her sessions very entertaining! When I first met Caroline I felt like I had known her forever within five mins! Her down to earth personality combined with her high energy makes the sessions she takes fun and sometimes even themed!! Caroline specialises in ViPR, Thump Boxing, Kettlebells, Poweplates, Rebounding and pre and post natal training.

PERSONAL TRAINER & PILATES TEACHER / Harriet's background is in contemporary dance & ballet. This paired with over ten years experience in the fitness industry makes her a fantastic trainer. Harriet goes the extra mile for her clients ensuring they hit both their fitness and nutrition goals. She has a very determined and motivated personality coupled with the ability to make you feel at ease straight away - and the best belly laugh ever! Specialities include functional training, boxing and pilates.

PERSONAL TRAINER & NUTRITIONIST / I met Lauren through being her personal trainer. When she said she was going to become a PT I jumped at the chance of her working with me. Lauren has an amazing energy and I have never met anyone with such a big fitness DVD collection! She is always so motivating and has a diverse interest in a real variety of sports. Her specialties are Thump Boxing, ViPR, running and pre and post natal training. And, coming form the States, she is on point with all the latest fitness from America.

PERSONAL TRAINER / Nicola joined the KBPT charity three peaks challenge team which inspired her to qualify as a PT and come and join the girlgang! Nicola has blossomed as a personal trainer since then. Nicola is very target driven and gets all her clients to achieve various goals, then up's them!! Nicola has infectious enthusiasm and determination and you can see it rub off on her clients. Nicola has managed and coached league winning netball teams for years. She specialises in running, cycling and endurance training. Nicola is pre and post natal trained.

PERSONAL TRAINER & PILATES TEACHER / Rowena comes from a dance background specialising in ballet, contemporary and salsa. She brings a lot of energy to her sessions and loves helping her clients achieve their goals. Rowena has been working as a personal trainer for over 8 years and specialises in Pilates and and is a parkour fitness specialist.
