CO-TRAINER / Ola Lennon is a qualified level 3 personal trainer & has been in the fitness industry for 2 years, she is enthusiastic and a motivating individual. Ola is the new addition to the JJK Personal Trainer team, she is growing in confidence each day & she is building up a strong client base here at JJK Personal Trainer. HEAD NUTRITIONIST / Anthony completed his sports performance diploma, which was associated with Saracens Rugby club, this allowed me to gain my national diploma studying modules such as Performance Analysis, Exercise Physiology, Nutrition and Sports Psychology. Anthony then was inspired to continue learning and start a career in the industry and became a Personal Trainer specialising in nutrition & weight management. Anthony runs our nutrition programme here at JJK Personal Trainer, he will educate you, give you feedback & help you achieve your goal.

GROUP EXERCISE INSTRUCTOR / Sarah has been in the fitness industry for the last five years as a personal trainer, class teacher and sports massage therapist, she has a huge interest in all things health and wellbeing. Sarah’s main areas of expertise is body fat reduction, improving lean muscle mass, functional training and cancer rehabilitation. She extremely enjoys playing a role in helping people reach their exercise goals and will persistently drive them until they have met them. Sarah teaches circuit training & HIIT 45 on a Tuesday evening here at JJK Personal Trainer.
