Ross is the founder of Gym72 and is a friendly and approachable Personal Trainer. With over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry working for leading fitness providers such as David Lloyd Leisure and Esporta Health Clubs. Over a 6 year period Ross also worked internationally for Royal Caribbean and Princess Cruise Lines. Offering a range of fitness classes, educational fitness seminars and personal training. Ross specialises in weight loss and is passionate about getting results with all of his clients. Ross demands a lot of effort and commitment but in return can guarantee results. You can expect to be set realistic goals and a timeframe to achieve them in. All Ross’s clients benefit from a full nutrition plan and regular body composition tests to measure progress and keep you focused.
Andrew is an experienced and well established Personal Trainer in Manchester. With an in depth knowledge of exercise and nutrition Andrew is equipped to help you achieve your goals whatever they may be. “Your health is a journey that we all start at different points ultimately connecting to a similar road, a leaner, healthier, pain free you. This is where I take a great interest In my clients well being. Whether it be stress, nutrition, mobility, fitness we take a look at the big picture and create a body that your happy with. Sarah Jayne Dunn
Sarah is the first female personal trainer to land at GYM 72. Sarah’s always had an interest in keeping fit & healthy and after years of training with personal trainers for her own gains and motivation, she decided to train up as a PT herself. Sarah’s other passion is acting and being in this industry she is aware of the importance and benefits of looking and feeling good. As a PT she will help motivate and guide you to reach your goals, whatever they may be and she will work with you to encourage a healthier lifestyle. Her PT style is encouraging, fun and positive.
Luan Le comes from a martial arts background holding a black belt in Kung Fu and Kickboxing. He is also a Les Mills group exercise instructor with many years of experience in the fitness industry. Luan teaches many classes around Manchester City Centre and has a strong following in every class he teaches. He has the ability to cater for a variety of people with different needs and goals and can guarantee to get you the results that you want. He specialises in functional fitness and martial arts and believes it is important that people should train to help them function better in their everyday lives and at the same time they can look and feel better.
Franklin is a former Decathlete & international GB Sprinter. With 6 years of an elite level health and fitness lifestyle, training and competing at the highest level. Now a Personal Trainer Franklin delivers challenging sessions for beginners right through to elite level. He will guide you through the correct nutrition plan combined with a specific and unique training programme. Tailored for your desired body and fitness needs.
Jon may be the newest member of team Gym72 but he has all the knowledge and tools to help you build a strong foundation and improve strength, conditioning, flexibility and cardiovascular health. His style of training is to find out what works for you, by integrating as many concepts into your sessions as possible. Jon is also an actor and while training at LAMDA he was tutored in movement, dance and Alexander technique so has a great depth of knowledge of how the human body works as a whole; particularly posture and functional movement. So whatever your goal, he will guide you to your full potential.
