HEAD PERSONAL TRAINER, TEAM LEADER, & FOUNDER / With over 5 years of one-to-one personal training in London, East London based Daigo has the experience and knowledge to deal with a diverse range of clients, from beginners right through to sports professionals, he has provided the motivation, support and advice to help individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. So, where did it all begin? Daigo began his career in the corporate world, working as an events manager for two of the UK’s leading Plc's – from organising company sports days to adventure activities for the sales-force, he was tasked with offering employees creative and fun opportunities for getting active and fit in the workplace. Ironically, Daigo’s own lack of physical activity played a key role in launching his futureproof fitness‘ journey – his “chained-to-the-desk” lifestyle at odds with his beliefs of leading an active, healthy life. A keen fitness enthusiast and health conscious from an early age it was a natural progression to leave desk-life behind and study to become a health and fitness professional in 2006. After gaining a diploma from one of the UK’s leading institutions, Daigo conceived the idea of futureproof fitness and has never looked back. Daigo continues to study and expand his knowledge, taking industry-recognised qualifications in between personal training a small number of clients and works hard to deliver the futureproof fitness message to those who seek a fresh alternative to health and fitness.

Tara makes training sessions fun and challenging, whatever your fitness level and offers ongoing support and advice via email and over the phone to keep you informed and on track. Tara is based in Islington but can easily travel to areas closeby. With an advanced diploma in personal training, and a strong background in fitness, Tara creates exciting yet challenging workouts for her clients. She specialises in dynamic bodyweight exercises, high intensity interval training, and progressive flexibility – tailored to all abilities. Tara can train you in your home, or the park of your choice.

SENIOR PERSONAL TRAINER (NORTH & CENTRAL LONDON) / Iain is an experienced and sought after personal trainer in Islington and across North and Central London. With clients ranging from well known entertainers to business people and working mums, Iain is dedicated to guiding you through your journey, whether it be weight loss, toning or training for a special occasion. Iain's interest in health and fitness began when he was given a contract at a professional football club in his late teens. Since then he has developed his knowledge through a variety of sources, including a year spent living in New Zealand. Iain specialises in weight loss, toning, strength and sports specific training. "Working as a mobile trainer for futureproof fitness, I pride myself on delivering creative, varied and challenging sessions which are rarely repetitive. Working out with equipment such as kettle bells, stability balls and resistance bands is great for all over body improvement as many different muscle groups are worked."

PERSONAL TRAINER (BETHNAL GREEN - GEORGE) / George is the latest addition to the futureproof fitness team in 2015. Bursting with enthusiasm, knowledge and passion for fitness, George is a fully qualified personal trainer in Clapton, Bethnal Green, Whitechapel, Brick Lane, Shoreditch, Haggerston and serves other areas of East London and The City too. With over 1000 hours of private client and group experience already under his belt, George is fast becoming one of the go-to personal trainers in East London. A PT Magazine expert, his training style focuses on core strength, incorporating body weight exercises and plenty of movement. His qualifications include padwork, suspension training and kettlebells so one thing you won't be during one of his sessions is bored. He also has supplementary qualifications in nutrition and advanced weight management, meaning he's full of sound nutritional advice too.

SENIOR PERSONAL TRAINER (CENTRAL & EAST LONDON) / Vincenzo is a trainer with a diverse training background, both in terms of techniques and range of clients. Having studied as a Personal Trainer in Italy initially (qualifying with the Italian Federation of Physical Education and Sports) he moved to London a few years ago and began a successful career with Fitness First before setting up as a freelance trainer this year. With experience as a sports coach and an award as a black belt in Kick Boxing from the Italian Association of MIVS (Movimento Italiano Valori Sportivi), proves he has the knowledge, enthusiasm and passion to help you achieve your goals. Vincenzo is continually advancing his skills too and over the last few years has improved his skill base by taking on these additional courses listed: NASM Certified Personal Trainer TRX Suspension Instructor LKB Academy Kettlebbels Instructor Power lifting Instructor YMCA Strike Instructor (gaining even more experience in combat sports MMA) Fluent in Italian, English and Portuguese, Vincenzo strives to help clients of all backgrounds and fitness levels.
