DIRECTOR OF PERSONAL TRAINING / Chris Walton is arguably London’s best personal trainer and leads the personal training team at Embody Fitness. With over 15 years’ experience as a strength and conditioning coach Chris has trained high performance athletes, a Professional Championship rugby team and high profile celebrities throughout his career. Chris formerly ran the personal training business of an elite premium gym in the heart of London and is a published author and experienced speaker and trainer on all things to do with health and fitness. This experience makes him ideally placed to ensure that the very best personal training and nutritional advice is given to all Embody clients delivering incredible and sustainable results.

PERSONAL TRAINER / Greg is the sort of person whose huge enthusiasm for life, and health and fitness in particular, rubs off on anybody he comes into contact with. He has dedicated his life to the health and fitness field and has become a specialist in nutrition which he combines alongside his passion for training.

PERSONAL TRAINER / Dave has an encyclopedic knowledge of fitness and it is this, allied to his uncompromising approach to training clients that archives top results. Dave has a thirst for knowledge and is currently undertaking a degree in Biochemistry to complement his understanding of fitness.

PERSONAL TRAINER / Mark is an ex-professional Rugby player of 14 years, playing premiership rugby for the likes of London Irish before spending 4 years playing in ProD2 for Montauban and Dax. He recently retired after making a successful transition over to becoming a personal trainer.

Sarah Claxton

PERSONAL TRAINER / Sarah is our multiple-Olympian representing Great Britain at the 2004 and 2008 Olympic Games at the 100m hurdles where she even made the final in Beijing. She is also a British record holder. It’s impossible to meet someone who smiles more than Sarah but she knows better than most of us what it takes to reach the top.

PERSONAL TRAINER / Sean has eclectic and somewhat ‘old school’ tastes being a massive fan of classic cars and vintage body building techniques. The original ‘Silent Assassin’ as most of his clients will testify – underestimate his slightly quieter coaching style at your peril as Sean routinely ‘surprises’ his clients with hitherto untapped strength and effort levels!

PERSONAL TRAINER / Liz has a broad range of experience over 15 years in the industry and gets a real kick out of her clients effecting real lifestyle changes when they work with her. She’s a bit of an adrenaline junkie and boxes competitively, snowboards and kite surfs in her spare time!
