MANAGING DIRECTOR, PERSONAL TRAINER, MASSAGE THERAPIST, & HOLISTIC LIFESTYLE COACH / After 20 years experience in the fitness industry as Health & Fitness Manager, Personal Training Manager, running a successful free-lance Personal Training business and operating as a 'mystery shopper' for several major health clubs, Tracey Burnette gained a wealth of experience and insight into what makes a successful personal trainer and personal training health club. In 2000, in appreciation of her commitment, passion and dedication, whilst Health & Fitness Manager at Cannons in Wandsworth, Tracey was nominated to represent the company as Fitness Manager of the year and reached the final 3 in the UK Flame (fitness leadership and management excellence) awards. These accolades were mainly due to Tracey's fantastic ability to spot, nurture and motivate talented Trainers and Therapists. After studying through the CHEK Institute, Tracey has a thorough understanding of lifestyle and nutrition in relation to client's reaching their goals and offers practical solutions in addition to inspired personal training sessions.

PERSONAL TRAINER / Brian is a Personal Trainer who aims to assist and motivate his clients in acquiring their fitness goals and to help with their total lifestyle choices. His aim is to educate his clients to the perils of crash dieting and the benefits and values of exercise, good diet and beneficial sleeping habits. He likes to help his clients see that keeping fit is not as difficult as they may think and can be great fun and extremely rewarding. He has a genuine interest in seeing clients achieve their goals, from basic fitness, fat burning, returning from illness or injury to training for a specific event or sport or just simple guidance on how to maintain a healthy and happy lifestyle. No goal is too small or large.

PERSONAL TRAINER / Vic has spent many years both in the gym environment and outdoors gaining invaluable practical experience as an instructor. Advanced self-training and being trained by specialised professionals has enabled him to gain a thorough understanding in the benefits of what he teaches first hand. Vic's main passion is to incorporate exercises that help to protect and strengthen the body from the stresses and injuries that can occur in everyday life and sporting activity. Back strengthening, weight/fat loss, improving health and well being, toning or increasing lean muscle mass, are but some of the benefits Vic can guarantee are attainable if commitment and honest compromise are agreed upon. Whether it's learning to focus everyday stress, or training for a triathlon, Vic prides himself on his ability to help his clients achieve goals through motivating, ensuring progress and coaching an understanding of the training. In addition to personal training, as a qualified sports coach Vic also appreciates the advantage of implementing drills and sports specific exercises into some of his workouts to improve speed, reaction times, stamina and flexibility. Ultimately, Vic's aim is to reach client's health and fitness goals while complementing their everyday lifestyle.

MASSAGE THERAPIST / Pui-Yee is a qualified Massage Therapist and Life Coach, specialising in Deep Tissue, Holistic and Seated Accupressure Massage. Pui-Yee has been working as Therapist and coach since 2010 and treats a wide range of clients, with various aches and pains developed from poor posture and stress, as well as assisting muscles to recover faster after a hard workout. Her life coaching skills have also been highly relevant, whilst working with clients who need assistance to achieve their goals and make changes in their life. Prior to becoming a Massage Therapist, Pui-Yee worked in the caring profession as a social worker and still maintains links in this field. Pui-yee is a ‘natural’ Therapist and a consummate professional and has received excellent feedback from the clients’ she has treated; including one who lived in South-East Asia for 5 years, enjoying massage from many Therapists on a regular basis. He considered Pui-yee’s treatments to be amongst the best he has ever experienced.

CORRECTIVE EXERCISE SPECIALIST & HOLISTIC LIFESTYLE COACH / In 2004 Adam Cox began his career as a personal trainer using massage therapy, exercise and lifestyle coaching to help clients achieve higher levels of health and well-being. It became apparent very quickly that the health and fitness sectors were packed with quick-fix, short-cut approaches and this wasn't what Adam believed in, let alone what worked for clients. Having experienced this approach first-hand resulting in an unnecessary operation at 21 ignited Adam's passion for trying to create a sustainable way of life with the foundation principles of health (Thoughts, Breathing, Hydration, Nutrition, Movement and Rest) at the core of this. Adam knows that leading by example is the best way to teach and is devoted to coaching people how to achieve and live a rewarding, healthy, fit and happy life. Since beginning his career, Adam has spent many long hours and even more air miles so far being coached by the very best in the fields of corrective exercise, rehabilitation and high-performance conditioning with the CHEK Institute based in San Diego, California. Since attending the Institute Adam has also had personal mentoring from the Founder Paul Chek. Adam is a believer that health means taking responsibility for yourself and managing yourself accordingly and he knows that each and every client from the elderly to elite level athlete must constantly manage their health principles, to stay healthy or perform at the highest level.

Originally from Martinique, he re-located to London 13 years ago where he studied to be a Personal trainer and Massage Therapist. During that time he has helped a wide range of clients to improve general health and fitness and reach specific goals. Laurent is extremely passionate and aims to constantly improve his skills to offer a better service. Laurent is also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist, which enables him to improve results with his clients, with regards to posture correction and injury rehabilitation. In addition, Laurent has trained for the International certification programme with Charles Poliquin, a World leading expert in programme design for fat loss, muscle building and toning, using the Bio-signature method. Laurent has studied in depth and practises the holistic lifestyle; including understanding the connection between physical, mental and emotional health in managing illness, stress, weight and body fat as well as physical fitness, performance and well being. As a 43 year old father of two, Laurent is in the best shape of his life and never felt stronger or happier. He is honoured to be able to fulfil his greatest passion in the field of physical and mental well being and his only goal is to help others reach their potential and improve the quality of their lives.

PERSONAL TRAINER / Marian has been in the health and fitness industry for over 7 years and has a wealth of experience working at different levels, from studio management, teaching a wide range of classes and personal training. She also tutors and assesses level 2 students. With her fun approach to training, Marian aims to make the gym accessible to everyone and specialises in weight loss, toning and body weight exercise. She believes variety is the key to staying focused and motivated and keeps client's sessions varied and interesting to keep the body guessing.

Jon Durrant

PERSONAL TRAINER / Jon worked with amateur and professional fighters in his coaching career. He began kickboxing at the age of 13 and won National, British and commonwealth full contact titles and has been internationally ranked by the two biggest sanctioning bodies in the world (ISKA and WAKO pro). He has won titles in Full contact kickboxing, low kick kickboxing and Thai boxing and is the current WAKO Pro Kickboxing British title holder. It is Jon's vast professional fighting experience that lays the foundations for his work as a personal trainer.
