She is also a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Master Running Coach (certified from the The Running School, London). Sally’s main goal is to get people moving better and without pain. Rehabilitation and functional training is where Sally’s knowledge excels and she uses this to help treat all kinds of active sports people from grass roots to professional athletes. Anyone who is a runner and is suffering from injury or wants to improve their running technique should contact Sally for a Biomechanics Video Analysis. First Sally assesses how you walk and looks at foot mobility and also other functional movements. She then films a behind and side view of you running so that she can play this back in slow motion to show what your body is doing during running – this usually surprises a lot of people! “Anyone can run,” says Sally, “but almost everyone could run better and injury free. I analyse biomechanics and use a combination of techniques to maximise every client’s potential.” Clients include elite cyclists, runners, swimmers, footballers, climbers and dancers.
